At his press availability in Odesa President Yushchenko stressed that he is satisfied with overall pace of preparation to EURO 2012 in Ukraine, according to the President`s press-office.
He reminded that in 2008 two stadiums in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk are scheduled to be finished. In Kyiv dismantling of the disputable building site near NSK Olimpiysky has begun. In Odesa an investor has been found and legal issues settled around reconstruction of Chornomorets Stadium. “We have completed probably the hardest part in last eleven month from the point of view of preparation: [we have settled issues] with papers, projects, auctions, investors. Currently we are at implementation stage”, - he said.
