Andriy Shevchenko could play for Chelsea again next season, according to his agent, Setanta Sports reported.
The Ukraine striker, 32, is currently on a season-long loan at Milan and it was believed that he had played his last game for Chelsea after an unimpressive two-year stint at Stamford Bridge.
However, he has failed to impress on his return to the San Siro and his agent, Fabio Parisi, feels he could still have a Chelsea future.
“Shevchenko is on loan to Milan from Chelsea and I think we will return to London,” he told Calcio Mercato.
“To be honest, I don’t think the Rossoneri will keep him. I don’t know about his relationship with Ancelotti and his team-mates, but he is on loan and, given the way the season has gone, I think Andriy will return to Chelsea.
“Whether he stays there or not remains to be seen. It depends on who the coach is and what he wants to do.”
