Mykhailychenko names his squad

Ukraine coach Oleksiy Mykhailychenko has named the squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup play-off matches against Greece on 14 and 18 November, according to FC Dynamo Kyiv (www.fcdynamo.kiev.ua). The first leg will take place at Olympic stadium in Greece, and the second leg will be played at the Donbas-Arena in Donetsk.

Dynamo goalkeeper Oleksandr Shovkovskyy is injured, but his team-mate Stanislav Bogush is among Dynamo’s Ukrainian international contingent. The Blue-Yellows will gather at the Koncha-Zaspa training center on Saturday, 7 November.

The squad in full is:

Goalkeepers: Andriy Pyatov, Rustam Khudzhamov (both from Shakhtar), Stanislav Bogush (Dynamo).

Defenders: Vitaliy Mandzyuk, Yevhen Khacheridi (both from Dynamo), Vasyl Kobin, Oleksandr Kucher, Vyacheslav Shevchuk, Yaroslav Rakytskyy (all from Shakhtar), Hryhoriy Yarmash (Vorskla), Andriy Rusol (Dnipro), Dmytro Chygrynskyy (FC Barcelona, Spain).

Midfielders: Oleksiy Gai (Shakhtar), Oleksandr Aliyev, Oleh Husyev, Taras Mykhalyk, Andriy Yarmolenko (all from Dynamo), Ruslan Rotan (Dnipro), Anatoliy Tymoshchuk (FC Bayern, Germany), Ihor Khudobyak (Karpaty).

Forwards: Volodymyr Gomenyuk, Yevhen Seleznyov (both from Dnipro), Artem Milevskiy, Andriy Shevchenko (both from Dynamo).
