Ukraine is a special country, according to Information Centre Ukraine-2012. Everyone here aspires to positive changes and the country’s growth, but people’s positive emotions which attract thousands of people from abroad are most important, Euro-2012 Operations Director Martin Kallen has said in his comments to the Information Centre Ukraine-2012. He has added that he felt the extent to which Ukrainians are warm, cordial and hospitable since the first days of his stay in Ukraine. “Thanks to hospitality, Euro fans will remember the tournament as a fantastic football feast,” he added.

According to him, Ukraine and Poland passed a great way together after five years of preparations for the Euro. Just a little over 70 days are left till the start of Euro, the logical final. “It was not easy sometimes, especially at the beginning of preparations. I often visited the Olympic NSC, and first the picture was not optimistic. But both countries’ governments had to work actively in order to conduct the tournament at high level. Everything has been already properly finalized. This will be a wonderful and fantastic tournament, and all guests and fans will remember it,” Martin Kallen believes.

Let us remind you that Martin Kallen and LOC chief Markiyan Lubkivskyi recently announced that Ukraine had not got problems in filling stadiums, and all four arenas would be 100-per-cent full during Euro-2012 matches.
